AI and process automation · Hanoi

I automate the work that should already be running by itself.

>_ Today that means the spreadsheet somebody rebuilds every weekthe deck someone retypes from numbersmoving data from the inbox into a tablethe search that eats half a day

Reports at the push of a button, data without copy-and-paste, customers in one place. I build the tools for that, get them running and keep them alive. For small and mid-sized companies, and for departments inside larger ones.

What I take off your plate

If you recognise one of these, it can almost always be automated. A machine does it in seconds and never makes a careless mistake.

Reports and documents at the push of a button

Merge spreadsheets, build a deck from current numbers, produce quotes and minutes in the right layout. Set up once, it takes seconds instead of half a day.

Data from A to B without retyping

No more copy-and-paste between inbox, spreadsheet and system. What comes in lands where it belongs, completely.

Tasks that keep coming back

The daily check, the weekly report, chasing open quotes. It runs by itself and only speaks up when something actually happened.

Finding and collecting

Prices, suppliers, addresses, tenders, competitors. Instead of clicking for hours you get a finished list you can work with straight away.

Customers and orders in one place

Enquiries, quotes, invoices and documents together instead of across five folders. Replaces the spreadsheet that actually runs your company.

A website that pulls its weight

You edit the content yourself, enquiries land in the system rather than an inbox, and the numbers sit in one view.

Projects that show what is possible

From the daily check nobody has to do anymore to a website rollout inside a corporate group. I name clients only where I am allowed to.

daily, automatic

The daily check nobody has to do anymore

Open the insolvency register every morning and compare it against a customer list. A service does that now, and it only speaks up when a name actually appears.

CRM

Kappler CRM

Customers, quotes and documents in one place. A quote is assembled from building blocks rather than an old file, and the paperwork for acceptance and qualification hangs off the record.

The tools follow the problem and never the other way round. If a ready-made no-code platform is the right answer, I will say so and build it there.

What I offer

One service, not a catalogue.

I build tools that take over processes in small and mid-sized companies.

You show me a workflow that costs too much time or goes wrong too often, and I build the tool that takes it over. After that it runs in production, belongs to you and can be extended when the process changes. What it costs I tell you once I have seen the process, and then as a fixed price.

  • One named contact, not a ticket queue
  • Fixed price as soon as the scope is clear
  • Runs on real data, not as a demo
  • Source code and infrastructure are yours
Describe your process

Three packages that already exist

Some jobs come up so often that I do not rebuild them each time. These systems are already running for clients and go live considerably faster than a new build.

The strongest one, because it solves two problems at once

Website wired into a CRM

An enquiry from the website does not land in a mailbox but directly as a record in the CRM. Quotes and invoices are created from there, without anyone retyping data.

  • Enquiry form linked straight to the record
  • Customers, quotes and paperwork in one place
  • Role permissions and an audit trail
  • Paperwork as PDF in your own visual identity
Websites as a service, hosting included

A website you maintain yourself

You change content in your own area, see it as a draft and publish it yourself. No content system to maintain, and nothing that wants patching on a Friday evening.

  • Your own editorial area under /admin
  • Review the draft, then publish
  • Live in about 35 seconds
  • No cookie banner, because no third-party tracking
A sensible addition to any website

Analytics access for your website

Cookie-free visitor numbers, your Google Search Console data and your form enquiries in one view, with a separate login for your team.

  • Cookie-free, so no consent needed
  • Search terms and rankings included
  • Form enquiries archived in the same place
  • A separate login per client

I do not quote blanket prices, because the effort depends on the process. After a first conversation you get a fixed price I hold myself to.

How a project runs

Automations fail on trust and handover, not on programming. The process is built around that.

  1. 01

    Look at it

I go through the process, count where the hours go, and also tell you which parts are not worth automating. That list is often the most valuable one.

  2. 02

    Smallest version

The simplest variant runs on real data in production first, not a demo that only works in the meeting.

  3. 03

    Make it production-ready

Container, monitoring, backups, documentation. Built to survive a holiday, a handover and me.

  4. 04

    Maintain or hand over

Your repository and your server, or my retainer. Both are fine, it just has to be decided. An automation nobody maintains turns into a risk.

One point that comes up every time: the source code and the infrastructure are yours. No platform you cannot leave, and no licence that expires with our contract.

What is costing you time every week?

Describe the process in two or three sentences: what triggers it, who does it, how often. You will hear from me within one working day on whether automating it is worth it and roughly what it takes. That assessment is free.
