This website sets no cookies and embeds no third-party advertising or tracking services. There are no user accounts. Personal data is only processed when you actively contact me, meaning through the contact form, by email or via WhatsApp.

Because no cookies are set and no personal data is processed for advertising, no consent banner is required.

When you visit this website, the web server records technically necessary data in log files: browser type and version, operating system, requested address, referring address, time of the request and IP address. This data is required to deliver the website and ensure its security. It is not merged with other data sources.

The legal basis is the legitimate interest in secure and error-free operation, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

If you use the contact form, I process the details you enter: name, email address, optionally your company and your description of the process. The IP address of the submission is also stored in order to detect abuse and automated sending.

The enquiry is delivered to me by email and stored in an archive on the server so that it is not lost if mail delivery fails. The archive is not publicly accessible and can only be read with a secret access key. Entries are deleted automatically after twelve months.

The purpose of processing is solely to handle your enquiry. It is not passed on to third parties. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and, for business enquiries, Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

For sending the notification I use an email service provided by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Strasse 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany.

If you contact me directly, I process the data transmitted in order to handle your request. For WhatsApp, the privacy terms of WhatsApp Ireland Limited apply in addition. If you would rather avoid that, please use email or the form.

For statistics I use Umami, a self-hosted analytics tool running on a server in Germany. Umami sets no cookies and builds no cross-device profiles. It records the page visited, the referring source, screen size, browser, operating system and country of origin.

The IP address is used solely to determine the country and is not stored. No personal profiles are created, which is why no consent is required. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in a data-minimising analysis of usage, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

All fonts and images are served from this server. No connection to Google Fonts or any other external service takes place when you visit this website.

This website links to LinkedIn and TikTok. Data is only exchanged with these platforms once you click one of those links. The terms of the respective provider then apply.

You have the right to information about the data stored about you, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of processing. You also have the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time.

This website is delivered exclusively over an encrypted connection. Your form entries are transmitted encrypted.
