I am Trung, a mix of German precision and Vietnamese creativity, and I build the tools that take repetitive work out of a business.

I came to automation from the operations side rather than from a coding course: operations research at university, an ERP migration inside the Bosch group, then years of website rollouts at enterprise scale. That is why I build things that survive a handover, meaning containerised, monitored and documented, instead of a clever script on one machine.

The practical part: I am based in Hanoi but studied and worked in Germany. That means European standards and directness, an Asian timezone and cost base, and one named contact who is genuinely reachable.
